East County Personnel Association (ECoPA) was established in 1990 to provide East County personnel and human resource professionals with programs, education, networking and services to assist in meeting these issues.

East County Personnel Association meets monthly for a luncheon and an exciting speaker with timely topics of interest for any HR professional or business manager. Monthly meetings provide an excellent networking opportunity with other East County businesses, recruitment resources, human resources updates, and a great way to keep on top of critical issues in the changing times we have before us.
